Each week we will feature 1 merchant of the week.  At 8:00 AM each Friday we will open up the store for that week's savings.  But you have to be fast-we are only able to provide a limited number of gift certificates per week.

Q. I want to use it tonight, how can I do that?
A. If you have the certificate in hand you can use it tonight.

Q. How long will it take to get the certificates?
A. It takes 7 - 10 days to receive the certificate.

Q. I ordered my certificate and it has not come in the mail. What do I do?
A. Call NeoFill Fulfillment Center at 330-628-9873 to inquire.

Q. I received multiple e-mail confirmations and confirmation numbers. What does that mean?
A. For each order, you will receive a confirmation number.
